Read this first. MorningDesk editions are market commentary and general information — never individualized investment advice or a recommendation. MorningDesk is a content service and is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or a FINRA- or SEC-registered or -affiliated entity, and nothing here implies any regulatory registration, affiliation, or review.

The service

MorningDesk provides white-label market-commentary content — a daily briefing you publish to your own clients under your own name and brand. Plans are offered at $99, $149, and $199 per month, with a 14-day free trial that requires no card. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and future editions.

Your responsibilities as the subscriber

Because editions go out under your name to your clients, you are solely responsible for:

Your own regulatory disclosures on every edition you send.
Reviewing and approving the content and your template before it reaches your clients.
Compliance with FINRA, the SEC, your firm's or broker-dealer's policies, and any other rules that apply to you. Your compliance review always governs. MorningDesk writes content to be communication-aware, but that does not replace your review.
Your own relationship with, and advice to, your clients. MorningDesk is not your adviser, agent, or compliance reviewer.

What MorningDesk does not do

We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice; we do not recommend securities or strategies to your clients; and we do not act as a fiduciary. The content is general market commentary you adapt and take responsibility for.

Content and license

MorningDesk owns the briefing content and templates it creates. While your subscription is active, you receive a license to publish the editions to your clients under your own brand. That license ends when your subscription ends.

No warranty

The content is provided "as is." Markets are uncertain and information can change or contain errors; we do not warrant that any edition is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular client or purpose. You are responsible for reviewing each edition before you send it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorningDesk is not liable for investment decisions or outcomes, for your or your clients' reliance on the content, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute the raw content outside the client-facing use your subscription is for, and do not use the service unlawfully or to misrepresent MorningDesk's role.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be reflected by the date above. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
